Sport Betting Rules

Definitions and Scope

These Sports Betting Rules govern all wagers placed on the Savaspin platform for sports and related markets. For clarity, the terms below have the following meanings and apply across all bets unless a sport-specific rule states otherwise.

  • Line The published set of events and associated odds for a defined period.
  • Bet An agreement by the bettor to place a stake on one or more outcomes listed in the Line, and which becomes binding when registered and confirmed by the system.
  • Outcome A distinct possible result within an event on which a bet may be placed (for example, Team A to win).
  • Odds The multiplier applied to the stake to determine the potential payout. The odds in effect at bet acceptance determine settlement unless otherwise stated.
  • Live Bet A bet placed on an event while it is in progress (in-play).
  • SP (Starting Price) The official starting odds used for pre-match settlements where applicable.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

Eligibility is limited to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and who satisfy identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks as required by Savaspin. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of collusion, fraud, or regulatory non-compliance, and to enforce category-specific restrictions as permitted by law. Bettors must not place bets from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

A bet is accepted when it is registered on the betting platform's server and an online confirmation is issued. Upon acceptance, the stake is deducted from the bettor's balance and winnings, if any, are credited after settlement. Bets are accepted only up to the available balance; bets cannot be canceled or modified once accepted except as provided in these Rules.

Maximums and restrictions may apply on a per-event basis and may vary by sport and market. The Company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, odds for individual events, or to impose additional restrictions on a bettor's account at its sole discretion and without notice or explanation. Bets that the Company determines to be significantly erroneous or placed on known outcomes may be declared invalid.

In accumulator and system bets, cancellation or partial settlement of one component may affect the overall winnings as specified in the bet type rules. Bets placed after the official start of an event are typically invalid, except for Live Bets.

Settlement and refunds: If a bet is canceled or an outcome is invalid, refunds are issued in the form of a single bet; winnings on bets that include canceled events are not recalculated. Bets on events with incorrect results may be recalculated, and bets placed during the interval between erroneous settlement and recalculation remain valid. If the resultant balance becomes negative after recalculation, further bets are prohibited until funds are replenished.

Bet Types

The following bet types are available on Savaspin:

  1. Single A bet on a single outcome of a single event. The win equals the stake multiplied by the odds for that outcome.
  2. Express A bet on multiple independent outcomes. The win is the product of the stake and the odds of all selections. A single incorrect selection results in a total loss for the express.
  3. System A bet on multiple selections arranged in a predefined combination. Payouts are the sum of the winnings from each included combination, calculated in accordance with the market rules for each combination. The maximum number of selections and other limits are published in the event-specific rules.
  4. Conditional A chain of bets where only the first part is paid; subsequent parts are funded from the winnings of the first part. It is prohibited to include events from the first part of the bet into the conditional portion. If the main part loses, all conditional bets fail.

Live Betting

Live bets are accepted during events on outcomes with undetermined results. Live odds update in real time to reflect the progression of the event. A bet is considered accepted upon registration and confirmation; the stake is not adjustable after acceptance. Live bets are settled according to official results at the end of the event; claims regarding live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event's start. The Company may suspend or close live markets for any reason, including technical issues or integrity concerns.

Markets and Odds Conventions

The standard pre-match markets use the following abbreviations and settlement logic, subject to sport-specific rules where applicable:

  • 1 Team 1 To Win; X Draw; 2 Team 2 To Win.
  • 1X Team 1 To Win or Draw; 12 Either Team To Win (no draw).
  • X2 Team 2 To Win or Draw.
  • Handicap A line applied to one team/athlete, expressed in goals/points/games; negative handicap favors the favored side.
  • Total An over/under on a defined quantity (goals/points) with settlement based on the actual figure.
  • Correct Score Predicting the exact final score of the event.
  • HT-FT Predicting the half-time and full-time results in a single market.
  • Highest Scoring Period Predicting the period with the most goals/points.
  • Time Interval Bets on outcomes within a specified time window.
  • To Qualify Predicting whether a competitor will advance to the next stage.
  • Outright Market for the eventual winner; settlements are based on official final standings.
  • Dead Heat Applies to outright markets when competitors tie; adjustments are applied according to the number of tied participants.

Postponements, Abandonments, and Cancellations

Markets do not include overtime unless explicitly stated. If a match is postponed or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours of the original start time, the Company may void open bets at its discretion. If the event resumes within the window, bets remain valid; if not resumed, unsettled bets may be voided with settlements at 1.0 for unresolved outcomes. Where a final result is determined prior to completion, settlements will reflect that result.

Disputes, Claims, and Settlement Monitoring

Disputes regarding bet settlements must be submitted within 10 calendar days after the event concludes. Settlements rely on official competition results; where necessary, certified statistics from recognized sources or internal records may be used to determine outcomes. In cases of inconsistency, the Company's final decision is binding.

Price Errors, Fraud, and General Provisions

The Company reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or input errors. Bets placed on events where the result is already known, or where an obvious error would provide an unfair advantage, may be voided. The Company may suspend or block accounts for suspected abuse or irregular activity. Bets placed after a known outcome or by participants with conflicts of interest may be void.

Amendments

The Company may amend these Rules at any time. Changes apply to bets placed after the effective date. The Company may impose additional limits or restrictions as necessary to maintain market integrity and compliance with applicable law.
